Time: Approx 10:00 p.m.Hi Brian, I was in Bray at around 10:00pm tonight, waiting for my bus and saw two orange lights in the sky which didn't seem like aircraft at all. They were both moving slowly, one disappeared before the other one. I observed this phenomenon for about 2 minutes I think. As you described them, they were flashing a few times before they disappeared.
