Bright Blue Light Observed Three Hours From Daytona Florida

Time: Evening.

Hello, I am emailing you in regards to someone's sighting of a blue orb of light shooting across the sky by Daytona Florida. I live about 3 hours from Daytona and was just outside my house when I saw the exact same phenomenon. It shot from south to north, my first thought was a flare, but it was blue and did not last as it just disappeared in thin air. I was completely shocked.
