From Brian Vike Retired UFO Investigator - Merry Christmas And I Hope You All Have A Wonderful New Year

Well I have to say I am enjoying all the free time I have on my hands. I do miss looking into the UFO cases that came in, but honestly I started giving up the passion I once had for the topic. This was mainly due to the amount of sighting reports that were coming in before I pulled the plug.

I always believed If people are kind enough to write up their sighting report and send it along, then I should most certainly reply and do some checking into the sightings that have a little more meat to them. It finally got to the point where so much was pouring into the inbox, I through my hands up and said to heck with this.

Last January 2013 just a hair over 700 sighting reports came in for that month. Plus health issues had me thinking it was time to quit. So I did.

Since I packed it in, sighting reports still rolled in, not near as much as I once was receiving, but still a lot of sighting reports. What I did with these reports was to send them directly to William “Bill” Puckett in the United States for the American sightings.

Bill can be found at: UFOs Northwest http://www.ufosnw.com/newsite/ and then all the Canadian sighting reports I received went directly to Chris Rutkowski at: Ufology Research of Manitoba http://uforum.blogspot.ca/

From there I started playing computer games. –:

Anyway, over the years in my province of British Columbia, Canada there was a major UFO wave that took take place in 2002 and 2003 with sightings of all kinds of odd UFOs being witnessed by one person, up to over 200 people who observed one huge UFO event. What I have decided to do is to write up a large detailed report on the two years of amazing sightings and I will post the report later in 2014.

Other than that, I will be sitting back and reading what others are reporting. Again I hope everyone has a Merry Christmas and all the best in the coming New Year.

Sasquatch ? - Prince George British Columbia Canada

Posted by Mel.

I heard the most angelic 1 whoop sound at about 2:00 a.m – 3:00 a.m. when having a cigarette outside. The next morning I noticed my bear proof garbage can was open and contents gone through. There was a few bags on ground ripped open.

This was in late September 2013 in Prince George, British Columbia Canada. PS same day.

I have been attracting them by howling from a moving car, so my sound echoed through the ravine below about 2 blocks from home. The same ravine with a creek runs along my property.

Diamond Driller Finds Sasquatch Tracks In The Harrison Lake And Up Toward The Fraser Canyon In British Columbia Canada

I live in Merritt and am very interested in the Sasquatch. Do you know of any sightings around this area of British Columbia?

Thank you for your reply, I could not find anything about Martindale’s sighting, it really does not matter.

I seen the tracks when I was diamond drilling on the east side of Harrison Lake up toward the Fraser Canyon.

It walked up where we had a wash tub tied with wire to catch water for the drill, the property we were drilling was (company name removed) and it was a molly property (Molybdenite) and after we saw the tracks, we were told by the owner of the claims that (name removed) from Hope, B.C. was packing samples out of there years before and they were struck by a blizzard and they found a cave to take shelter in and then got looking around in the cave and found beds lined with grass that were up off the floor, he assumed they were Sasquatch beds.

I thought you might like to know about this, Spuzzum was where you would have come out in the Fraser Canyon if we had of continued on through the mountains.

Image Below: Map of Harrison Lake, B.C. and the surrounding areas.

There was a hot springs down the valley from the camp where we would go and bathe/soak some evenings and that was the same area that the cave was supposed to be in.

There was a path down to the hot springs that we used and it was made by game in the area, although we used to see a female grizzly with a cub, she treed my helper once when he went down to the camp for gasoline.

We had to go looking for him when he never returned and he was in the top of a cedar tree hollering to watch out for the bear. I also think the path was used  by the Sasquatch, but we never looked for tracks as we had not yet seen the tracks up above the tree-line where we worked.

We also had a prospector that walked the area picking up samples and he was never bothered by the Grizzly as he tied a metal pie plate around his neck and hit it with his hunting knife as he walked.

He said the early warning was what the bears needed.

Hope you find this interesting.

Thank you to the fellow for passing along the information as it is important to have, also I know there is a lot of Sasquatch activity all throughout the area there. So if anyone has seen Sasquatch through the areas mentioned in this report, would you please be kind enough to write to me with a detailed report. Please write to Brian Vike at sighting@telus.net

Thank you.

If anyone has been witness an Sasquatch experience, please send me an email with details of what you saw. Please remember to include the date and time and location. (Town/City – State or Province) and as much detail as possible.

Vike Factor Note: I do receive sighting reports from everywhere in the world, and I post all of the reports I receive here: http://the-v-factor-paranormal.blogspot.com/

(From Brian Vike’s UFO Files) Re-posted by Brian.

An eyewitness said he was outside with his wife sitting in their hot tub at Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada when they observed an Elliptical Shaped UFO which they were not able to observe for long, but they were totally blown away when military jet fighters followed in hot pursuit of this object.

In the audio interview, detail is provided about what was seen by the eyewitness. (Audio Below)

Large Egg Shaped Object Seen Flying In The Sky Over Oshawa/Whitby Ontario (Audio Report)

(From Brian Vike’s UFO Files) Re-posted by Brian.

Date: May 2005
Time: 10:45 p.m.

Number of witnesses: Two
Number of objects:
One Shape of objects: Extremely large egg type shape.

Full Description of event/sighting: In early May 2005, a friend and myself drove to the polish hall, behind the Oshawa airport for a cigarette. At the polish hall the main building, and to the east a 5 row parking lot. There is a regular sized soccer field to the north of that, then another field of equal size, north of that as well, then the trees at the beginning of the forest.

This is off Stevenson Road North, off of Taunton Road. Around 10:45, to the northeast above the trees I glanced up and saw a glowing orange object in the distance, but I blew it off as a plane at first. It seemed to be moving at an extremely slow rate to the southwest, so then I was skeptical of it being a plane.

The only planes around are the small DC planes from the airport, but they are supposed to have a curfew of 11:00 p.m., and I called the airport myself, and they told me they had no plane on that trajectory. It began to move southwest a little faster and also coming a bit closer. Now clearly it was an oval shaped object that was bright fire orange.

I turned off my car, and the music, and we stepped outside. There was no sound at all. We have a police copter, but it already flew by about 30 minutes prior, and it definitely does not glow bright orange. As it came a bit closer, now almost right over Brooklin, which is just north of Whitby, Ontario the next city over. The orange appeared to become two separate objects. As it slowly came west, now the closest point to us, clearly the two orange objects seemed to be the back of the craft, like two giant afterburners on a jet.

You could see the shadow of the body in the night sky but it was very black and dark and hard to see detail. It was also a clear night mind you. It was like a giant humungous egg, and now there were these flashing lights on it. I can distinctly remember seeing blue, red, off white, green and orange lights on the top, the front, the bottom and along the sides. Then it left my viewpoint.

Today is the first day I have reported this event. I also remember the very next day after it happened at my old job, I overheard a woman talking about the same exact thing. My biggest regret in life, is that I didn't start the car, and go after it. I wish I had done that. Thank you very much. I have a picture I drew in MS Paint that will give a better perspective. I will email it to your site.

Additional Information:

My name is (name removed) from Oshawa, Ontario Canada, and I just submitted a UFO sighting report. Here included is the picture I drew in MS paint depicting what was going on. It's bad I know, but I'm not an artist or anything. I'll explain the picture:

So basically like in my report, the building on the left is the polish hall, there's a driveway coming around the front of the building to the parking lot. In reality there are about 5 rows in the lot, not two in the picture, but I didn't have a scale or enough room to go by. also behind the soccer field which I would say is a regular sized field, there is also another plain field of grass, about the same size leading towards the trees that is not in the picture. So we are parked facing north directly where this object was.

1) This is when it first appeared in view. It was very distant but seemed to be a glowing orange oval. Moving very, very slow almost, stopped in mid air, as it crept to the southwest towards Whitby.

2) It kept coming closer and closer, still very slow, now it appeared to be an oval, the colour did not change. But now, my friend and I turned off my car and the music, stood outside, and it was dead silent. You could hear the police copter in the distance but it wasn't in the area and now it was definitely clear this was not right.

3) The shadow of the body somewhat appeared but it was very dark and looked black so it was difficult to get any detail. The orange seemed to separate into two pieces as if it were the back of the craft pushing it somehow.

4) This is what it looked like when it was the closest to us, probably right over Brooklin, north of Whitby. Clearly it was a giant somewhat egg shape, the two orange lights were massive. Seeming like a 3 story tall engine or something like that. There were different coloured lights on the top, the front, the bottom and some along the sides. Then it went behind the trees, out of our viewpoint.

My biggest regret in life, is not following it. I'm 21 and have been interested in UFO's all my life, and for this to happen was an event like no other in my life. Amazing.

Thank you for having this site. Without it who knows what would be going on in people's minds.

Large Disc UFO With Lights Around The Edge Seen From Drive In Theatre Culver City California (Audio Report)

(From Brian Vike’s UFO Files) Re-posted by Brian.

Date: Around August 1965
Time: Evening

UFO Investigator Brian Vike’s Note: I spoke to the lady on the telephone who filed this report of the object seen over the drive in theatre in Culver City, California.

She related an amazing detailed account of what was witnessed, not only by herself, but others saw the unusual object as well.

Below Image: This is where the sighting took place at, the Movies. Large canvas painting someone did of the long gone, but fondly remembered Studio Drive In Movie Theatre in Culver City, California. I found a awesome short film clip on YouTube showing the wonderful work of the person who did this amazing canvas painting. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QMz6mc2Rikw

Message: Some time around August 1965 I was at a drive in theatre in Culver City, California. At intermission time a huge disk with lights around the edge suddenly appeared to hover above the screen. It was fairly low, but high enough that we had to bend our heads down to see it through our front windshield.

My husband and were pointing and wondering when I looked around and saw others in cars nearby also looking and pointing. It stayed there for about 2 minutes and then banked off for about 2 or 3 seconds before just disappearing.

I've always wondered about it and tell the story once in a while. I recently told it to my 8 year old grandson.

When he asked me what it was doing there, I said,"Good question, I've always wondered that. Then I added that I thought it might have beamed something into my stomach, as I was about 6 months pregnant at the time, and after his mother was born her skin "buzzed".

I am a retired school teacher. I decided to do a search for sightings in Culver City around this date to see if anyone else saw this and wrote about it. I found nothing but did find several stories about drive-in theatres. Thought I'd tell you. Have you ever heard of buzzing skin?

Witness Reports Flaming V Shaped UFO Seen Traveling Over Mount Harry Davis Houston British Columbia Canada

(From Brian Vike’s UFO Files) Re-posted by Brian.

Hello Mr. Vike, I also live in Houston, British Columbia and after reading your article today in the paper I thought I would share with you my sighting.

Last year in I believe May, my daughter and I saw something flying or falling in the sky over Mt Harry Davis. It was on fire and was V shaped. It travelled over the top of the mountain until we lost sight of it.

We lived on Butler Avenue and video taped it. We phoned the observatory in Victoria and got no where so I was finally able to talk to a professor at UBC who said that they had no record of any satellites falling that day.

He asked me to send him a copy of the tape and I just never got around to it. If you are interested in seeing this tape, please contact me at this email address. I think you will find it interesting.

Note from Brian Vike: I did go to the witnesses home to look at the video tape, or what was on it. Whatever this thing was, it was rather unusual and had me baffled. Now I can’t think for the life of me what happened in regards to this tape, I know I was suppose to receive a copy, but I know I never did.

Thank you to the witness for their report.

Eyewitness Files Two UFO Sightings To Brian Vike From Her Home In Southbank British Columbia

(From Brian Vike’s UFO Files) Re-posted by Brian.

Dates for sightings: We believe the first one was in 2000 and the last sighting took place in 2002.

Dear Brian, I just heard your interview on CBC radio and was thrilled that there is somebody local out there listening. I have a few stories, I apologise now for the lack of dates and rough approximations, but this was before I had a computer and a contact. I have no problem whatsoever in giving you my name and phone as I know what I saw.

The first incident happened about 2 years ago, midsummer. I was standing out on our deck and was looking at the sky along the horizon to the west. It would have been around 10:30 p.m. or 11:00 p.m.

I saw a red light that kept moving back and forth, between a distance of about 8 miles. It was quite low to the tree-line which was what caught my attention. This went on for about 10 minutes.

I went in and got the binoculars, but had a hard time focusing in on it. There were several people here, but couldn't get anyone to come out and observe with me.

Image Below: Map of Southbank, British Columbia Canada. The Binta Lake and Mollice Lake area the witness spoke of in her report is in the area, might be just off the map to the west.

About a week later, I observed the same thing in the same area and my first gut instinct was that it was mapping something. After seeing this twice, I felt that I was on to something and began to watch the sky alot more closely.

That winter, again, I can't give dates unless you really care, it's possible that my husband wrote it down in his journal, we went out for a snowshoe walk up into our hay meadows. We were about a third of the way on our journey when we both saw lights.

If I recall, there were 3 of them, all on the same machine or whatever, white and possibly red. The sky was semi-overcast. Maybe around 7:00 p.m. These lights were moving back and forth over an area to the south of us. My husband wears glasses for long distance and thought it was either a skidder or logging truck out in the Binta Lake area.

I felt that it was much, much closer as to be in the area on the east side of Mollice Lake, actually on our neighbors quarter section that has been logged.

This light continued back and forth at a fairly good clip and was stopping and turning and back and forth faster than anything that Canada has, as far as we know.

We decided to make an arrow in the snow in the direction that we were watching it from. I held my arms out like the needle of a compass and as soon as I pointed directly at it, it took off incredibly fast over Stick Hill. We both looked at each other and knew we had seen something that wasn't right.

Image Left: Francois Lake Ferry Landing. Hwy 35 at Southbank ferry landing on Francois Lake. (elevation: 729 metres).

We have since told a number of people, but didn't phone any authorities or make any area checks as who are you going to call, and we know what we saw and that was good enough.

Again, by it's actions, I felt that it was mapping an area or looking for something.

My second thought was if your mapping an area, then your looking for a mineral or fuel source or something that you've run out of at "Home". I'll stand by this theory, too. It was performing exactly the same as the previous lights I saw in the Fall and was relieved my husband witnessed it also.

Because of these incidents, I have really started watching the sky. I have seen the red, blue and white lights on something triangle shaped and they are flickering back and forth between each other so fast that it makes your eyes wonky.

Even with the binoculars it is almost impossible to get your eyes to focus on them. About a month and a half ago my husband and I took another night walk down to the lake and were laying on the snow, clear sky, and we saw 6 lights with quite a bit of distance between them moving in a V pattern. They were really far away and by now we have seen so much that we just shrugged our shoulders and hope they come closer next time.

Thank you for your time, interview, and website, now if I should observe anything I will be far more accurate with dates, times, etc..

Thank you to the person for taking the time with me to discuss their sighting.

Shaft Of Orange Light Seen In The Sky Over Edmonton Alberta (Case Solved – Light Pillar Ice Crystals)

(From Brian Vike’s UFO Files) Re-posted by Brian.

Vike Factor Note: Recently a number of sighting reports came from folks who reside in Edmonton, Alberta. People reported seeing a strange vertical bright orange beam of light in the sky over Edmonton Alberta.

I wasn’t sure what the people were/had seen so I started looking around the internet to see if there was a reasonable explanation for what was observed.

For me, two ideas came up, one thought was that people may have seen an “Aurora/Northern Lights” and the other possibly was a “Light Pillar”.

Image Left: Picture taken of a shaft of orange light. The name for this is a “Light Pillar”.

After researching a little more, I found that the “Light Pillar” was going to make more sense as to the cause for this sighting that took place on January 11, 2012 at approximately 11:00 p.m. and 11:30 p.m.

I therefore, wrote an email to the Telus World of Science – Edmonton, Alberta and the Edmonton Sun newspaper. I was hoping one or both parties might be able to help in solving this mystery.

First thing Monday morning I received a nice response from Mr. Frank Florian B.Sc., B.Ed from the Telus World of Science and he confirmed my thoughts on the light as being, a “Pillar of Light”

Below is Mr. Frank Florian’s reply to me:

Hi Brian, you are correct in your assumption that the effect of the vertical shaft of light was due to ice crystals.  We just had a cold front move into the Edmonton area bringing temperatures down to below -20 Celcius and many individuals saw various atmospheric effects from the ice crystals that formed in the air, everything from Sun pillars and Parry Arcs during the day to light pillars off street lights and other bright light sources in the evening.

Here is an email I received from a fellow Royal Astronomical of Canada (RASC) Edmonton Centre member who took a photograph of a Sun pillar and Parry arc with a website that describes the phenomenon:

Vike Factor Note: Here is the website address, but I have not included the photo.

Member of the Royal Astronomical of Canada (RASC) comment: I took this at 4:06 January 15, 2012. Sun pillar capped with a Parry arc. More about Parry arcs here: http://www.atoptics.co.uk/halo/parry1.htm

Also below, is another sighting report on the vertical light with photos and eye witness filmed.

Pillar Of Light Filmed Over Edmonton Alberta (Pictures)

Date:  January 11, 2012
Time:  Approx: 11:30 p.m.

Number of witnesses: 2
Number of Objects: 1

Full Description of Event/Sighting: Orange vertical light in sky, looked like the sky was opening up. It was really bright, almost pulsating. Too big to be a ship I think, but it was defiantly unexplainable at least to me.

I took two pictures, but they are really grainy as my camera is not made for night time.

The two pictures are © 2012 Steven Townsend.

Lights Baffle The Residents Of Prince George British Columbia (Case Solved)

(From Brian Vike’s UFO Files) Posted by Brian.

By Brian Vike

I thought I would add a little note over this sighting, it is very important for folks to file any and all sighting reports. In the below report, orange lights were seen and so many people found it really strange.

I guess they would find it baffling after watching this weird sight unfold in the dark hours. It turned out I was able to solved the case with all the witnesses input, but please, file your light sightings, I don’t care what it is, as one never does know what it could be connected to.

Thank you, Brian Vike.

I thought I would send this report along to you. (I sent the report to Jeff Rense) The reason why I thought it important is because I would like people who read the information below to know that I do investigate UFO sightings the best I can and I am looking for the truth, and trying to solve cases that come into me know matter what the outcome is.

Dozens of witnesses in Prince George, British Columbia observed a real unusual night time event involving strange unknown orange lights. Only a very few residents actually saw what was causing the lights.

On the evening of February 31, 2004, a large number of Prince George residents were stunned and puzzled over what they were observing in the night sky between 8:00 - 10:00 p.m., PST. Some called the Prince George Citizen newspaper to explain what it was they saw, and how peculiar it was. All of the witnesses, by the dozens, observed two extremely bright, orange circular lights in the sky.

The lights stayed fairly close together and did not make any sudden moments. Many residents reported that the lights were just hanging there for a number of minutes, before moving ever so slightly. Brian Vike was contacted by the Prince George Citizen enquiring about it, and a staff reporter did an interview for Saturday, February 7, 2004 newspaper.

Over the weekend the telephone did not stop ringing. Many reports of orange lights came in from Prince George, B.C. residents. Plus other very interesting reports for 2003 and back as far as the 1950's. Some of these reports included beams of lights hitting their vehicles as they travelled along the highways. A huge ball of light hovering over the tree tops not making any sound. A line of red balls of light sitting stationary in the night sky, etc.

After taking the calls and listening to the stories, some of the descriptions started me thinking. Some had watched the whole event unfold, viewing the lights through binoculars. A retired military man was certainly the key to this case. Plus another lady who also gave a great description of the event.

I made several enquiries to the RCMP, but the police had no information about the matter and took no calls from the general public over it, which I found rather unusual due to the large amount of people that knew about the sighting and were making inquiries.

I typed up a few reports below from the eye witnesses who called in.

Report #1

 Prince George, British Columbia
 Report received February 7, 2004

 Date: January 31, 2004
 Time: Between 8:00 and 9:00 p.m.

I had a call from a lady on February 7, 2004 who wanted to file a report on something she and her husband witnessed as they were driving down Tabor from 15th. They looked to the east and saw lights in the sky and thought at first it may have been an airplane. The witnesses mentioned they saw no strobe lights, which they knew an aircraft would have.

They reported the lights were moving rather slowly. As they drove down the road, they passed by the trees which blocked their view of the lights in the sky. After they came to a clear area, they stopped the car and looked to the south and again noticed the lights.

The witnesses told me that when they saw it again, this time it appeared to look like a black balloon, or umbrella shape.

The lady said it looked as if the object would flip over, so the umbrella appearance was at the bottom and then would show up back on top. The lady and husband reported not a sound coming from it and whatever it was dropped downwards. The couple reported the lights as being white in color. The witnesses estimated they observed the event for approximately 5 minutes.

The folks didn't believe the object was very far from their location, and said it wasn't that high up when they first saw it. Also they finally lost sight of the lights when they dropped down low enough that homes finally blocked their view. The people estimated the size to be roughly that of a golf ball. One other note, the witnesses said they believed that the lights were moving diagonally as they came closer to the ground.

Thank you to the witnesses for their report.

Report #2

 Prince George, British Columbia
 Report received February 7, 2004

 Date: January 31, 2004
 Time: Between 9:00 - 9:30 p.m.

A gentleman called to report seeing the orange lights over Prince George on January 31, 2004. He and his wife live near 1st and Foothills in Prince George and were planning an evening out when they walked out of their home, which faces towards the downtown area when they noticed the two orange colored lights in the night sky. They said the lights were very bright and that is what caught their attention.

The witness went on to say he is used to seeing helicopters and fixed winged aircraft flying over all the time, but what he could not understand was the brightness of the lights, also how close the lights were to one another. The couple stood just outside their front door watching the lights for a good three minutes, but due to them having reservations they had to get on their way.

The husband wondered if it might be a UFO, his wife said it possibly might be a plane, but both still thought it looked rather odd. The fellow told me he almost dismissed it at that time, but as they drove along 1st Avenue heading towards Tabor and not traveling very far, the fellow decided it was time to pull the car over, as he said, one doesn't get to see anything like this very often or ever.

As they both sat watching, they were able to get a good view of what was taking place. One of the orange lights appeared to be over top of the other or maybe off to a bit of an angle to the left. Another 3 to 4 minutes passed and the bottom light started dropping off towards the left and seemed to flicker a little bit.

He thought it may have been going into some of the light clouds that were present that evening, then all of a sudden the light disappeared. The other light was still visible and stayed around the same area in the sky for a little while longer.

The witness estimated the last light held it's brilliance for maybe another 30 seconds, before it started to flicker. It began to fade and then would become very bright again. This went on for a very short period of time before it to vanished.

Again it was lightly overcast with a high ceiling. The witness also estimated the objects were roughly a finger length apart if one was to hold out their hand at arms length. The witness stated that the lights did sit stationary for some of the time, before moving.

He reported no sound was heard, and no aircraft were seen in the area. At arm's length, using his thumbnail to guess at an approximately size of the lights, he said each one may have been one fifth of the size of his nail.

Thank you to the witnesses for their report.

Report #3

 Prince George, British Columbia
 Report received February 7, 2004

 Date: January 31, 2004
 Time: Approx: 9:30 p.m.

Calls kept coming into Brian Vike over the January 31, 2004 sighting in Prince George, B.C.

Below is another report from a fellow who wanted to tell me what he saw that evening. The evening was overcast and no stars were visible at the time of the sighting. The man went on to tell me that his daughter spotted it first, and then called to the rest of the family to come out and look at the strange lights in the sky, which were reported to be just over top of one of the local mountains.

He explained that the color of the lights were an orange/white. The fellow also said he thought there may have been a small tail behind each of the lights, but it was hard to distinguish for certain. The lights were stationary for a very short time when these folks noticed them and as they watched, the lights did start to move, but ever so slightly.

They said there were two very bright lights which looked identical to one another. The man's wife said they looked like landing lights from an aircraft due to how close they were together, and the brightness of them. They all ruled this out quickly as the lights just stayed in the one area of the sky. They observed the lights rise up for a short distance, still staying close to one another.

As they watched one of the lights seemed to disappear quickly, but they didn't think it went into the clouds as he noted the cloud ceiling was rather high that night and the lights weren't close to them.

The other remaining light was seen to move back, or away from the families location and it also disappeared. Both lights were extremely bright, and the family said they stayed that way until they finally blinked out, or just vanished.

These folks figured they watched the lights for at least two minutes before they were gone. The man said, how long they were visible before he noticed them is anyone's guess. They also reported no sound and the witnesses said if it had a plane or helicopter you would have certainly have heard it. The folks estimated that the lights were approximately 10 times larger than their thumbnail.

Thank you to the family for their report.

Report #4

 Prince George, British Columbia
 Report received February 7, 2004

 Date: January 31, 2004
 Time: Approx: 9:30 - 10:00 p.m.

Now this was a very interesting call that I received from a man who resides in Prince George, B.C. When I answered the phone, the fellow said he had just read their local newspaper and that he could tell me exactly what the lights were that everyone saw that evening. Below is the report the gentleman gave to me.

The fellow said he watched the whole event through a pair of field glasses. It was January 31, 2004, between 9:30 - 10:00pm and the man claims "it" landed two blocks from his home. The witness said what he watched was a couple of night jumpers, jumping with parachutes with lights attached around their feet or ankles. The man observed them coming over from the west over the hill.

He mentioned that he had a fairly strong set of glasses (binoculars) and was clearly able to see the jumpers hanging in their chutes and saw when they turned their lights off. One of them landed in a park, just two blocks away from the witnesses home and the other went towards the Fraser River and the BCR Railway. The gentleman figured the were practicing night jumping.

When the jumpers were first spotted, they were rather high up and he and his wife first thought it may have been an airplane. He went on to say the lights were a very bright orange in color, and the reason they were no longer visible, was simply because they had turned them off.

The fellow, now retired, was in the military himself and had done a lot of jumping and as soon as he spotted the orange lights, he thought it looked familiar due to the descent, plus the way the lights were traveling. When he looked through his binoculars he knew exactly what it was he was seeing.

He figured the jumpers used their lights to keep track of each other and to designate where they were going to. Once they started getting closer to the ground, they turned off their lights and just used the lights from the city to land. He also said the chutes were beautiful, very modern shaped parachutes and the jumpers with such good gear were able to carry out some of the antics they pulled off that cold evening.

It was actually comical as the witness said one of the jumpers almost turned himself upside down and then this would give the impression of the lights going back up into the night sky. The two jumpers were carrying out some acrobatics on their way and obviously no sound was reported.

Mysterious Lights Over Prince George Explained

The mystery of the orange lights in the sky above Prince George about a week ago has been solved.

"The lights turned out to be parachutists jumping at night," said Brian Vike, a UFO expert from Houston.

"The jumpers were doing acrobatics -- almost doing somersaults at times -- and the orange lights attached to their feet or ankle areas would appear to rise upwards during the acrobatics," Vike said. The mystery was solved by a retired military man who viewed the action with a pair of binoculars, he said.

"One landed close to his home, and he said just before landing, the jumper turned the lights off."

On Friday the Citizen ran a story of the unusual sightings reported by Andrea Lanoue who, with four friends, observed bright orange objects.

She described the lights as hovering for a time before moving slightly apart at different speeds, and some of them "fading off".

Vike said he's not sure if the skydivers used the lights to keep track of each other during formation jumping or if they were "playing some kind of hoax".

A UFO survey released Monday by Ufology Research of Manitoba shows the top 10 communities in Canada for reported UFO sightings, Vike said. In 2003, there were 673 reported sightings across Canada, with Vancouver leading with 41. Toronto ranked second with 34 sightings, followed by Houston at 33, Terrace at 30, and Airdrie, Alberta at 17. Prince George is not among the top ten.

"Most reported unfamiliar lights in the sky are identified as meteors, planets or stars," Vike said, who became heavily involved in UFO sightings in 2000 after moving to Houston. Since then he's participated in radio shows in Canada and the U.S. and was one of the main characters featured in a 2002 TV documentary called "The Magnificent Obsession".

Among cases still unsolved is one involving two women travelling away from Kelowna last July. "They reported seeing three white lights which turned green and dropped down in front of them on the highway. They both reported a loss of 45 minutes, and a tingly throughout their bodies," Vike said.

"They turned around and headed back to Kelowna with the light following them for a short distance before disappearing," said Vike, noting eight other people also reported seeing green lights. The next day, both women felt ill with a passenger having a nose bleed and finding a burn mark on her tail bone which the doctor said appeared to be a radiation burn. Since then, both have experienced weight loss, hair loss, nausea, salt cravings, dehydration and pressure to the back of their neck. But doctors cannot figure out the problem, Vike said.

Houston BC Resident Vike Busy Researching Sightings In Sky

(From Brian Vike’s UFO Files) Posted by Brian.

A Houston man who researches celestial phenomena says a number of unexplained objects have appeared in the night sky over Prince George and the Northern Interior in recent years.

Brian Vike hopes local residents will phone his toll-free line, 1-866-262-1989, to report any unusual sightings.

Vike owns and operates HBCC UFO Research (HBCC stands for Houston, British Columbia, Canada), which he established in 2000. He says the number of reports of unexplained night-sky phenomena has increased dramatically since 2002.

"There is no doubt something is happening in our skies", he said. "Particularly in the last two months there have been a lot of strange things."

Vike said a Prince George resident reported a red ball of light just west of the city January 30 around 9.30 p.m.

"The first time it rose from behind trees, and then it moved to the west and hovered above the trees," he said.
"Afterwards it jumped higher quite suddenly, took off for the west, and made a curving motion. "She said that, being so close, they thought it may be a helicopter but it made no noise." Vike says.

Another resident called around the same time to report exactly the same phenomena, he added.

Other Prince George residents saw a ball of light over the industrial area east of the downtown core, the evening of January 29th. "It flew over and split in two," Vike said. "Each part went in a different direction".

This week a city resident near First and Tabor told The Citizen she and four friends saw two orange objects in the northern sky, January 31st around 10.p.m. After five or 10 minutes they moved lightly apart, one more slowly than the other.

The first one disappeared fairly quickly into clouds afterwards, while the other moved out more slowly and faded off.   Above a month and a half ago, Prince George residents phoned about a possible meteor, Vike said. "It was a real good fireball streaking across the sky just west of Prince," he said.

"It was blue and left a long bright trail behind it. It lit up quite an area as it travelled through."

Another incident occurred in the city about a month ago. A resident was standing by the Future Shop, looking west just after the sky had turned dark. For two minutes the resident saw a large flame, such as from a jet afterburn, but they didn't see any aircraft anywhere.

Last Fall, a Quesnel resident driving north towards Prince George saw an oval shaped light from highway 97 between the two communities.

"In the last while dozens of people in Prince George have seen unusual phenomena," he said.

Reports of sightings may be faxed to Vike at 250 845 2189 or email to hbccufo@telus.net

UFO Hovers Then Flashing Lights Start As It Ascends Above A Corn Field At Westfield Indiana

(From Brian Vike’s UFO Files) Posted by Brian.

Date:  October 23, 2011
Time:  Approx: 7:54 p.m.

Dear Brian Vike, at approximately 7:54 p.m. on October 23, 2011 I was leaving the horse farm where my horse is boarded on Mule Barn Road between 193rd St and 206th St in Westfield, IN when I noticed a strange object hovering about 100 feet west of Mule Barn Rd. above a corn field.

It was not clear how high the object was, but it did not appear to be much higher than a street light because I thought that is what it was until the light pattern started changing and then it started to ascend.

When I first saw it, it was just a single bright white light, but then it started flashing light colors of red, orange, green and blue as it ascended.

It went straight up and then continued west at a relatively steady yet slow pace, and then all of a sudden shot straight up into the air and disappeared. I rolled down the window of my car and heard nothing, and whereas I did not have a video camera of any kind, so I did not get footage of it.

I am an energy practitioner and when I returned my horse to the field about 10 minutes before I left the farm, the energy that was in the atmosphere was quite different. I felt like I was being watched, yet there was no one around, and then I realized that this energy was a very different energy that I had never felt before.

Then I had the thought of aliens/UFO presence, so I cleaned up very quickly and left, and when I was leaving, this was when I saw the object in the sky. It was peculiar because it was just hovering very closely to the ground for several minutes and I stopped my car in the road and watched it. I continued driving when it started to move.

I Googled UFO sightings in Westfield because I was curious to see if anything like this had ever been recorded and found your website. Thought you might find this interesting.  Feel free to contact me with questions.

Thank you to the witness for a very interesting sighting report.

Missing Time At Over 30 Thousand Feet On An Airline Flight From Las Vegas To Dallas/Fort Worth (Pictures/Drawing)

(From Brian Vike’s UFO Files)

An ongoing additional experiences for this family. Photos have been supplied by the lady and a diagram which was drawn by her daughter.

Date: June 6, 2001

UFO Investigator Brian Vike’s Note: I found this case to be really fascinating and I am looking for answers and other people who may have been on the flight from Las Vegas, Nevada to Dallas/Fort Worth International on June 6, 2001.

As you will read in this story below, 45 minutes of time cannot be accounted for. No announcements were ever made by the pilot or in-flight crew on the aircraft to indicate the flight would be late on arrival at it's destination, but did at the last minute inform the passengers that the aircraft would be pulling into a different gate than expected.

Matter of fact the passengers weren't even aware that the flight was that late. It was family members and friends who met the plane who informed the passengers that they were 45 minutes behind. The watches the passengers were wearing indicated the plane was on time, but when they looked at the different clocks in vehicles or around the airport and at home, they displayed 45 minutes ahead of the passengers watches. What happened on the flight from Las Vegas, Nevada to Dallas/Fort Worth ?

Another fact to this case is that one of the ladies flying that day has had numerous experiences, scoop marks and other marks have been left behind from ongoing events, which has very much involved not only herself, but her young daughter and husband and the child's grandfather. Whatever is taking place, it is happening to the entire family.

Below you will read the accounts of some of the events.

Brian Vike UFO investigator is again requesting people who were on this flight, National Airline from Las Vegas, Nevada to Dallas/Fort Worth on June 6, 2001 to please contact me.

Also if anyone reading this may have access to the passenger manifest, would you please contact me with the information. Lastly, if ground crew, flight tower employees and pilots who have knowledge of this event, again please contact me with any information, even if you think it may not be much.

All input is welcomed and very important to have while investigating this case. I should mention that your personal information remains private with me.  I never give out to anyone, someone’s private information. Again, email UFO Investigator Brian Vike at: sighting@telus.net

I should also mention, the first part of this report was sent to me by the lady's father, and the lady herself who went through the experience writes afterwards, or after what her father wrote.

Part #1 – The lady's Father wrote to me in the beginning, below is what he related to me.

Brian Vike, thanks for your reply. Ok, there's sort of a preface to all of this. My daughter is 33, an above average intelligence, college grad, uses no drugs, has no mental illness and isn't given to fantasy. She has a healthy interest in things that aren't usually talked about on the six o'clock news, but, if anything, she is scrutinizing and doesn't accept anything simply on someone's "say so".

Further, I taught her while raising her that there are indeed unexplainable UFOs. For years odd things have happened to her. By that I mean she sometimes turns up with strange marks, bumps under the skin and, yes, sometimes scoop marks too.

After a point she has sometimes wondered if they were due to abductions (no, we didn't try the black light test, we only recently learned of that).

She's had a few vivid dreams, (well she called them "dreams" for lack of a better explanation and lack of hard evidence) that involve bright lights, strange noises, sensations of floating etc., but no alien-type beings. These don't happen with regularity though.

Also, her 10 year-old daughter also has scoop marks sometimes. She is a bright normal child in most categories, but was born with a condition called "absence of corpus callosum" which means that the connecting part between both brain halves is not present. Because of that she is speech disabled, with a limited vocabulary and talking mostly in grunts.

She is above average intelligence according to tests. She also clearly has a noticeable level of ESP (no formal testing involved), although most kids seem to if only their parents would acknowledge it. But ever since she was a toddler, she not only sees invisibles, she sometimes also has extended and interactive conversations with them in her own way.

As an aside let me add that due to her condition, and in the effort to improve it, she's been extensively tested every way possible by physicians, psychologists, and even a couple of neurologists, and given a clean bill except for her one condition.

About two years ago my granddaughter drew a picture and sort of shocked my daughter when my daughter asked what it was. Again, since my granddaughter can't speak much she has to sign (it's a crude and expedient form of signing taught by her grade school). Bottom line, my granddaughter communicated to my daughter that it was a picture of a UFO, that she'd been "beamed" aboard it, and that other humans were onboard too, some of whom were in distress.

However, she didn't give a discernible description of anything that could be interpreted as aliens. I would add that this was quite a time before the airing of Spielberg's "Taken".

Diagram Left: This is a diagram drawn by the man's granddaughter.

Before I continue, let me rewind about 44 years to a "dream" I had as a 13 year-old. This could nominate me for a loony, I suppose, but it might also be relevant. I had a vivid "dream" in which I'd just been deposited on the ground outside of my house by a "flying saucer" (that, of course, was what everyone called them back then).

The craft was odd shaped in that it was sort of "fat", and about 30 feet in diameter and silently hovered about that high off of the ground.

It had evenly spaced multi-colored lights about the size of cantaloupes around the middle, horizontally, midway between the top and bottom of the craft.

The only sound I heard was something that could be described as a really powerful camera flash going off. I had the sensation of being told, without words, to return to my bed and go back to sleep.

The next morning I noticed that the door from my room to the street was partially open, the bottom of my feet were dirty, and there were small pieces of gravel in my bed. I told no one and just wrote it off as a dream, but since then I've wondered why the craft I saw had no resemblance at all to any that were depicted in "Sci fi" movies of that era.

Actually, back then, I'd only seen a few "Sci fi" movies, including "The Day The Earth Stood Still", but none contained a craft similar to the one in my dream. Only a few years ago did I see one like it on some UFO website on the Internet. Perhaps all just a coincidence and I make no claims one way or the other, although I've also read it speculated that abductions tend to run in families.

I've had no similar events or dreams since then. And as far as I've noticed, I've never had a scoop mark (but I've never actually looked for them either), but sometimes I do notice strange silver-like scars that I don't remember a cause for like by being scratched, etc.

However, being a clumsy male, who knows, sometimes I've torn the hell out of myself working on my vehicle and doing house repairs, but never noticed until much later anyway.

Please note that prior to her experience of missing time, I hadn't told my daughter about the "dream" I had as a kid. I'd told no one and hadn't even thought about it in decades.

Ok, Brian, that's the "preface", now for an account of my daughter's missing time.

We were going to try getting hold of a passenger manifest, but that proved impossible due to the airline having gone out of business after my daughter's flight.

Please also note that her watch was a Seiko, accurately set, and showed a time that disagreed with all other time pieces (airport, home, car, etc.) by 45 minutes, and that after that it never showed any "lost" time.

Part #2 The below information is from the women who has been going through a lot of very unusual things, plus she is the one who had the missing time experience on the airline flight From Las Vegas To Dallas/Fort Worth International.

Her account:

Hello, I don't normally do this sort of thing and I don't generally even believe in about 99.9% of the alien abduction stories I read/hear.

I recently visited Las Vegas from Dallas. On my way back from Vegas, the plane arrived approximately 45 minutes late. This was unknown to any of the passengers however, and the pilot mentioned nothing about it until the very last minute when he informed us that for some reason, the plane would be landing at a different gate than expected.

When I first got off the plane, I thought everyone was joking with me. It wasn't until I was in my car and then later at home that I started to realize that the plane was really that late. I never bothered calling back to find out more information about it, though my father kept urging me to do so. He made it sound as if it was the fault of the airport and not the fact that our plane was late.

As a matter of fact, no one even knew about it until we had landed and found out from the people that were waiting on us (family, etc.) that the plane was so late it had been moved to three different gates!

Here is the flight information:

National Airline from Las Vegas, Nevada to Dallas/Fort Worth.

June 6, 2001

Ticket Number: 0071045514587

National Airline posted to credit card account on May 28th, 2001

I checked my watch and it appeared to me that we were landing on time. Everyone later made such a big deal over us being late saying "what happened to you guys?" I thought they were just joking or something since my watched showed me landing at the proper time. I didn't even really believe them until I got in my car and saw the clock was approximately 45 minutes faster than what my own watch was reading. I even checked the time when I got home and it corresponded to the clock in my car.

I flew out there alone to meet up with two friends who had driven in from Los Angeles. So I didn't know anyone else on the flight back, and being that I was in denial about the plane being late until I got in my car and home, I didn't think to ask anyone else what their watch said, but based on the fact that the pilot never said anything about being late, I would guess everyone else thought we were on time too. Because 45 minutes is a long time to be late when the plane left on time. That is something you think he would explain on the speaker before landing. But he didn't.

I started thinking about the flight. I had fallen asleep. I think most of the people had fallen asleep for some reason, so maybe being late was announced while we were out (which I doubt because like I said, no one, not even the pilot, knew we were arriving late). But I am just trying to give the benefit of the doubt here.

The odd thing was, on my flight to Las Vegas, everyone was cheerful and upbeat. There was so much talking since it was a morning/afternoon flight. We departed Dallas and landed before the estimated arrival time in Las Vegas (by about 15 minutes or so).

But on the flight back from Las Vegas to Dallas, it was approximately the same time of day, only it was completely different. It started off with conversation going on between passengers, but it soon got very quiet, oddly quiet.

From what I remember, we all boarded the plane, got seated and situated. We departed Las Vegas on time. Not early, not late. Everyone was talking and carrying on once we got up into the air. They were serving breakfast on this flight. It was some sort of breakfast sandwich with ham and eggs on it, but it seems like it was during breakfast that people started to get really quiet. Yes, I realize they were eating and whatnot, but on other flights I've been on, the noise usually continued right through the food.

Anyway, we all finished, and they took up the trash. I remember watching out the window. The sky was clear blue and there were many very white fluffy clouds. I love watching out the window. Besides, I knew I was flying over Nevada and that is as close as I've ever been to Area 51. I was hoping to see a UFO! No way was I going to go to sleep! I figured if ever I would see one, it would be there. Of course, I saw nothing.

And I started getting so very drowsy. My eyes were watering and I couldn't stop yawning. Granted I had been staring at slot machines all weekend, but I just kept thinking how very weird it was that no one was talking anymore.

It was so quiet, I remembered thinking I was glad that I was no longer eating because even the sound of chewing might blast everyone awake. Which now, looking back on it, I guess this is kind of odd because I don't even think I remember hearing very much engine noise either.

I started to notice that some of the people in the plane were going to sleep (without pillows from the stewardess as if maybe they hadn't expected to go to sleep). And I kept fighting off the drowsiness. It was a heavy sort of feeling too, like I said, there was no way I was going to go to sleep and miss the chance to watch out the window.

Besides, I was excited about going home and telling everyone about the awesome time I had in Vegas. That was my first time to ever go. I don't remember ever actually falling asleep. Usually I can remember. I don't remember dreaming or anything like that either. I just remember being awoken to the pilot coming over the speaker saying that we would land in Dallas in about 15 minutes.

I noticed many of the people around me were just waking up too and that it was still quiet. Then when we were just about to land, the pilot came back on and said that the airport has switched landing gates, we would be arriving in a different gate than what had been scheduled, and thanked us for flying. Everyone stayed quiet even after that point. I just felt really groggy.

A few weird things have happened since this vacation which was a couple of summers ago, which led me to your web site.

So hopefully this is just some weird "normal" flight situation, but I thought I would ask you and see if you had ever heard of such a thing.

End of account.

Below: Additional information is related to me from the Father.

As an aside, I didn't mention an event that occurred with my daughter's husband a few years back. Now, this is going to sound a little nuts. One afternoon, he simply disappeared from the house. Gone. For about a half hour or so he just wasn't there. He was last seen heading into the master bedroom bathroom with newspapers in hand (he likes to read when using the restroom). And that was it for a while, he just vanished.

After a while my daughter who saw him go in called out to him, thinking that he'd been in there too long. Then she got angry when he didn't reply and went into the bathroom to look for him but he wasn't there. Thinking he was pulling a prank on her she searched the entire house and got my granddaughter and grandson to help search too (it was a small 3-bedroom house, approximately 1,000 square feet).

They called out for him, they looked in every room, in all closets, under beds, the garage, in the backyard where the dogs would've given away his presence if he was there, everywhere. His pickup was still in the driveway but he was nowhere to be found. (Note that the bathroom window was small and sealed shut).

Later on my daughter saw him come walking out of the master bedroom into the hallway, papers still in hand, and acting surprised that she was angry with him for hiding out so long. He claimed that he was in the bathroom for the usual amount of time, then came out, but never heard anyone calling out for him. When she told me I simply assumed that he'd played a prank on her as he sometimes does, long prank though that would've been, and therefore I didn't question it much. But a year later the topic came up again while I was visiting them.

At that time I took him aside and sort of guy-buddied up to him and said "Come on now, you can tell me, you were actually hiding out somewhere, right?" He adamantly claimed he wasn't. A year would be a long time to stick to a prank anyway, but he claimed that he was in the bathroom, heard no one call out for him, then came out. Period. Odd. He wasn't wearing a watch then, he seldom does.

Nothing unusual has happened regarding him since or before then either. The one thing about his pranks on my daughter, and hers on him, is that neither one can resist rubbing it in after a while. But he never rubbed it in. To this day he'll tell you that he simply used the bathroom, came back out, and that was it.

End.

Below is additional information given to me from the lady who took the flight and strange things seemed to take place with her and the entire planes passengers.

About two weeks after I got back from Vegas, I had just made breakfast and my boyfriend got up from the table and went to the restroom. I had finished cleaning up everything and he still wasn't out! I was worried, it had been like 25 minutes, that plus he managed to skip out of helping me clean the dishes. I went to look for him.

Our house was small so there wasn't all that much space to have to look in. I couldn't find him anywhere though. I even walked into both bathrooms and he wasn't there. I even had my kids looking for him and we couldn't find him. We went outside around the house, and he (boyfriend) was no where. Both our trucks were in the driveway too so he couldn't have driven any place.

So finally the kids and I just sat down in wonderment. And out he comes from the hall. We asked him where he had been for so long? He told us he had been in the bathroom. We were shocked he would say that to us because we had known better, and he was shocked that we were making such a big deal over him being in the bathroom. He said he was only in there for 2 minutes max. He had no idea he had been missing for over 30 minutes! He thought we were joking with him and still doesn't believe us to this day.

=====================

Several weeks or months after that (I am unsure of the date now but it wasn't that long after the previous event), I was sleeping on the couch one night when all of the sudden I felt a bright penetrating type light shinning in my eyes.

I equate it to the light the eye doctor has on his head piece when you get an exam only I felt like it was smaller and more concentrated. I opened my eyes what felt like immediately, and there was nothing there and nothing that could have caused it.

Maybe a few days later, I ran my hand over my thigh and felt something weird like a group of scabs or something. It was on my left leg's upper thigh (nearly to the hip). I checked it in the mirror and it was a very distinct shape.

It looked like the impression of a circle (the skin was sort of shiny in this area) with a center dot and dots going around that. It was perfectly symmetrical and each "dot" was scabbed with blood as if large needles had been inserted where the dots were. It was so perfect that it made me gasp. I don't know of anything that could have done that or made that mark. It was obvious that something had stuck me hard because of the scabs, and surely I'd have remembered that pain, but nothing.

This mark lasted a few months, but it never dawned on me to take a picture of it. I guess I was in denial, I just don't know.

=====================

Several months later I was talking to my best friend and describing the mark. She told me she had one just like and that she had it since she was a child, only hers wasn't scabbed, it was just scarred. She said she got it right after a period of time where she used to dream that leprechauns had a parade outside of her window. I thought she was lying. I made her come over immediately and show me. The mark on her is on her chest right between her breasts.

I gasped for air when I saw it. It was identical to mine, only her's is an actual scar whereas mine disappeared. When you see something like that, it's kind of hard to ignore that something odd is indeed taking place. This time I took pictures, although you can't see the mark well in them. I can try to get better pictures now that I have a much better camera. But in person, the mark is very clear and of course, abnormally perfect and symmetrical. I can't emphasize enough to you that these marks did not happen by chance or nature.

I should also mention that this particular friend, has always been like a sister to me. When we first met as children, we hugged each other, saying we missed each other (as if we had know each other before somehow). And we've stayed close over the years.

She now has two daughters. Both of them have experienced strange things too. They claim they have seen small UFOs, one like a ball and the other pyramid shaped dancing near the phone pole wires when they were out playing. Children have vivid imaginations but they seem pretty steadfast to their story.

Also, when she was pregnant with the second child, she used to tell me that she was having abduction dreams. After a doctor visit, she was told that her child was going to have down syndrome, confirmed by a test.

They wanted to recheck her again next month. She dreamed that the "aliens" had done something to her stomach during one of the abduction dreams. She said she woke and had what looked like needle holes in her stomach.

The next time she went to the doctor to get tested, they said the baby was perfectly healthy, and no sign of Down Syndrome.

This friend and I have an odd close bond. If something happens to one of us, something very similar happens to the other, especially if it is an injury or near death experience. I can think about her and she will call me, and vice versa.

======================

One day, my father had sent me a link to a web site that showed an amateur video of an alleged "UFO." Now I am not saying it is one or isn't, but what I did find interesting about it is that my son, daughter, one of his friends, and myself, saw this exact same object. Judging by the date that the video was made, we saw it four days after. Here is the link if you want to check it out. (Daylight Saucer Captured On Video In BC - http://rense.com/general40/daydisc.htm) This is one of your cases Brian.

The object we saw was during the mid to late afternoon, I am guessing around 3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. CST, on August 15th, 2003. The reason I remember this is because it was the last free week day before my kids were to start school again and I really really wanted to take them to my mother's house to go swimming. I should probably also mention that my mother's house seems to be directly beneath one of the paths that the airplanes coming from Dallas/Fort Worth airport seem to fly through on their way out of Texas.

I had got out of the pool to dry off and try and get some sun on my legs. I was sitting in a patio chair when a light reflection from the sky caught my attention. I looked up and saw this silvery object hovering quite high in the sky, and it was reflecting brilliant light from the sun every once in a while. It appeared to be as high as an airplane would be, which was quite high.

I called the kids to look at it and we all sort of just agreed that based on the fact that it was floating and moving at a really really slow pace, and how it would occasionally reflect the bright light, not to mention that it had that sort of outline around the edges, that it must have been one of those silver balloons (Mylar I think is the name of them).

It never did move fast, it just kept floating. And we only saw the circle shape (meaning it never turned sideways for us like it did in that video, because if it had, we would have realized it was too thin from a side view to have been a balloon). Anyway, we sort of lost interest in watching it after a while and continued swimming, thinking nothing of it until 8/23/03 when my dad sent me that link.

Anyway, like I said, I don't claim it was a UFO. It didn't do any of the weird turns and high speeds that UFOs are reported to do, and it floated much like a balloon. However, my dad did point out one good fact and that was, if a balloon was to be as high as we saw it, the pressure would have caused it to pop or drop. I guess it would be interesting to find out what altitude a silver balloon would make it to before anything happened to it.

Also, I should point out that a little nasal septum scab appeared after that. Not that its related but seems like every year around the summer time I get that same thing in my septum. It's right at the tip of the septum in my right nostril. It starts to feel like maybe there is a cut there, you know, irritated somehow, then later after that, there is usually a scab that last longer than normal. The whole thing start to finish usually lasts a month or maybe two.

I have it right now also. It just started about a week ago after I had an odd feeling that something involving abductions and UFOs was about to surface again.

=======================

A short while after the above incident, my daughter turns up with that drawing that you received a picture of. About my daughter, my daughter is nonverbal. She can say some words and some phrases but then sometimes they are lost forever and never come back.

She was born with agenesis of the corpus collosum, which means the fibers that connect the left and right halves of her brain are not there. Basically, she's split brained. In both my pregnancies, I bled early on and was told with them both that I was miscarrying, I don't know if this is significant or not.

Anyway, when she showed me the picture, I was floored because up until that point she really hadn't been able to draw that well as she is also somewhat developmentally delayed in some areas, that being one. I know it looked like a UFO to me, but I asked her what it was and she told me "balloon." I kept thinking that was weird that she told me that it was a balloon and I couldn't put two and two together. I asked her if she had ever seen a "balloon" like that before and she told me, "yes."

I asked her where she had seen it and she told me "grandmas" and then did her arms like someone swimming, which of course, is her sign for when we go swimming. Then it started to click.

I remembered the "Mylar balloon" incident. I began to worry a little so I questioned her some more. I should also mention that this event with her drawing the picture took place after the swimming pool Mylar balloon incident but before my dad sent me a link to that web site with the same UFO.

I went on to ask her "have you ever been in this balloon?" She answered, "yes."

I asked her, "when?" Her answer was to say "grandma" again and do her arms like we were swimming. I looked at the picture again trying to imagine it as a Mylar balloon, but it really bugged me that she drew little porthole looking windows on the so-called "balloon."

I asked her if she was alone on it and she told me no. I asked her who else was there and she started naming myself, my son, and my son's friend. She said all who were at the pool that day where there.

I double checked by asking, "we were all inside or out" and she said we were inside. I asked if others were there and she said yes. I asked if she knew who the others were and she said yes. I asked her who and he didn't know how to respond so she went in her room and dug through some flash cards she had got from Sonic (a local restaurant) in a kid's meal and found a picture of a gray or pink hippopotamus that had big eyes and was standing on two feet (a cartoon one) and pointed to it and shook her head a little like it was close to that picture but not exactly. I asked her if she could be more precise.

She went and got her Dancing Dora doll and pointed at her big eyes and shrugged her shoulders a little. She was trying to tell me whatever they were had big eyes and didn't look human (is what I am gathering or she would have found a flash card of something more human).

I asked her if there were more people there that looked like us and she said yes. She said she didn't know who they were. I asked what they were doing. She started waving her arms in the air as if she were fighting something off and yelled, "Help! Help!"

As you can imagine, this worried me.

========================

A few days later, I am combing my daughter's hair when I notice the scoop mark along her jaw bone on the bottom of her left cheek. There is nothing that would have happened to her to cause this. And trust me, I know every inch of my daughter's face as I have spent so much time adoring her.

It was at this point, that I realized that there was a good chance and a very real possibility that someone was doing something to my own child that was beyond my control. I become angry and I am still angry.

 ========================

About a week after my daughter's scoop mark was found, I found one on my own left cheek. It is much higher and smaller than hers but something that was definitely not there before and that came up over night basically.

========================

Somewhere along the line I found them on my son, only for some reason I didn't associate his with ours, but his is on his lower left back and there are seven of them. They are very pronounced to look at. I wasn't able to get a camera to catch them well enough to emphasize how pronounced they truly are.

========================

I know I wrote a lot but I think I've touched on the major recent things and I sincerely hope that someone will come forth who has perhaps rationalized their own missing time as being a "normal event." I nearly did the same. It is so easy to dismiss as coincidental and normal that which should be given attention and scrutiny.

Brian, there is one more thing I forgot to mention about the picture my daughter drew. I feel like she was calling it a "balloon" because that day at the pool when we saw that object in the sky, we kept referring to it as a balloon.

I think this may also be why she put the string coming down from it, as she knows that balloons are supposed to have strings. I could just never figure out why she thought "balloons" were supposed to have windows.

Before this time, I do not recall my daughter ever seeing anything about UFOs on TV or anywhere else, nor did we refer to the object in the sky that day as one either. It looked just like a Mylar balloon, and we had no reason to think otherwise, until my dad randomly sent me that video link.

I kept meaning to write to rense.com about the fact that we also saw that same object four days after the video was shot, but I just never got around to doing it.

Take Care.

I would like to extend my many thanks to the lady and her father for writing to me and providing this information about these experiences. Once again, if anyone has any information about the flight that ended up having 45 minutes go missing, please contact me.

If anyone has had this type of experience, please send me an email with details of what you saw. Please remember to include the date and time and location. (Town/City – State or Province) and as much detail as possible.
